It's March!

Wow, that's interesting. Somehow as I get older, it feels like time goes by faster. It was only three months ago that I announced I was shifting from Persona H The Midnight Channel to Persona H Golden. It somehow feels shorter than that, and longer..

Anyway, Happy March everyone! Hope you all have some cool plans for this month and are doing some fun things. For me, I"m getting out of the busy side of my work life in March, and moving more into the busy side of my personal life, as I get closer to the summer spring-summer seasons.

In Persona H news, I just recently updated Golden to the 0.0.4 update. This one brought Maya into the game and worked more on the Spinner portion. I"m pleased to say that 0.0.5 is next, and it will be dealing a little bit with the storyline of the game.

Before you get too excited, please remember that this game is in its extremely early phases, so there is little "gameplay" to it at the moment. Development takes time and effort and I'm not a studio nor am I someone who can put 12 hour days in all the time (though I try..)

Persona H Golden will be in development for a long time, and I will be molding the game into something I'm looking for more and more each time I work on it. My biggest focus at the moment for the game is stability. I"m trying very hard to make sure this game is stable running, without memory leaks, and retaining game save data in the most secure way possible.

So with that being said, 0.0.5 will also be the first public release of Persona H Golden. My reason for doing this is a few things.

1) I want the game to be visible on itch for people that don't know about it yet.

2) I want more testing done as much as possible so I can see how the stability is running before I go too far in development.

That second point is a large one, as my issue with Persona H The Midnight Channel was letting the game get ahead of me in terms of Save Game Stability. Which caused a lot of errors and bugs (looking at you Yukiko Comb !!)

Even so, I don't want to bog you all down too much with technical talk and my own annoyances behind the curtain. I want to tell you that this month is a very exciting month since we will all start to see more characters coming up.

You may have noticed that Margaret from P4 and Kanami from P4D are now on the banner, and this is because they are new characters to be added into the spinner and story mode.

As the month progresses, I have more characters to be showing off and I can't wait to show them to you all.

As a teaser and a tidbit, I can tell you that the new two girls that I need to complete are because of the Story Mode and where it goes. You will see them popping up on here soon :D
