That makes sense. I had a nagging suspicion that it had to due with the age and model.

2024-03-31 19:33:39 +0000 UTCI'm not entirely sure, but I think the reason why Itsuki didn't wear seatbelt was because there wasn't any in the backseat, hence why he asked how he was going stay seated when Takumi drifts. Could be that the AE86 was produced before the rear seatbelts became mandatory fitting in Japan.
