Yeah Leo still is and is gonna be on crash-out mode for a bit XD. But like Raph said in episode 10, he's not wrong. Since ever since Exodus in s3 the Turtle's have been faced with either narrow victories or not finishing the job properly looking back. If not that they've been met with close competition in fights when they should be at a point where they can win easily enough. As I'm sure you've already noticed however... the fearless leader isn't the only one greatly changed after the events of Exodus.
