Basically what happened when they merged with the other earth their world merged with that worlds timeline so all the people from their earth exists their, but the events of Pandoras box never happened. The reason build and evolt bango still exist in this world separate from their new world versions is because they were in the rift when the worlds merged. This also altered their history so that all riders up to build exist in one world. The thing in builds hand at the end is a rider watch. An item from the future that can store the powers of kamen riders. The rider after this is Zio and he gained all the riders powers as the 20th anniversary rider
