An ending that became the start of an adventure :) -
My small review on this work:
This was not only the first story of Chronicles but also the first part of "Luna’s Strenght". A story that became somewhat long for a single comic, hence why some subplots like the one of Gina and David have no resolution here but later in the following Chronicles’ Story.
Although both stories have a common link, the "Collie’s Spirit" has a point of view that focuses more on our friend with lenses and pigtail, following their concerns and thoughts. It is his own spirit and tenacity to achieve friendship with Luna, which moves the story forward.
Unlike to other AL chapters, this is the most human history of all, there are no big action scenes nor lycanthropes and developing a friendship and credible characters was fundamental.
Over time I realized that each Chronicle story would have to be self-conclusive so I developed the epilogue that was originally not planned. Which I ended up drawing.
The last page ends in a better way this story which chronogically happens after "Luna’s Strength", hence why Luna’s glasses and other details are
different.
I really hope you enjoyed this collaborative work. The first of more to come.
