Level: 0 Progress Report (9/13)

Hi everyone: just wanted to update on recent Level: 0 progress.
- Completed most of the new core scenes for General and Maid
- Some CG edits to give certain events extra flair
- Been writing a lot of additional endings and expanding the old endings  

As for what needs to be done:
- Warden and especially Merchant still need lots of love
- Further work on endings (incl. for Queen herself)
- Typical system/balance/etc. type stuff 

You'll notice a lot of focus on endings. The core reason for this is that while writing "low-stakes" scenes for each demon (ie. they do something kinky and dismiss you), I kept thinking of the depraved ways they might finish you off. And since the game lacks the scale (compared to eg. Tower of Trample) to distinguish each domme with special mechanics or lengthy branching arcs, I decided that actually writing all these endings and making "ending-hunting" a sort of pseudo-mechanic of the gameplay loop would be both fun, unique, and make each demon much more memorable.  

Thus, the current design is that the "obvious" scenes (ie. go talk to the demons you like) will establish their demeanor and the basis of your relationship, but their "signature scenes" will come from finding their various endings. I suspect each player will like some more than others, thus my hope is that by the end you not only have a favorite domme, but a favorite/personal/'canon'/"True" ending. And even if you stumble on your favorite first, further play will hopefully inform you more about the characters and small world of Level: 0.  

I am still working on balancing the complexity of the endings requirements. My baseline is something like Tiffany's Trap, which I felt was moderately straightforward with a few slightly sneaky easter eggs for the extra special endings.
