Otherwise the last thing that I could find is to check your spam folder in your email and see what the instructions say. The customer support is experiencing well major problems so I don’t think you will get a phone call or text any time soon

I tried my authenticator codes from the 2fa and that doesn't seem to be what they're asking for X_X

I notice most of the time Twitter is mixing up their SMS messages verification system with the app Authy. So that could be the possibility

it looks like they made your account unavailable because it "violates twitter's media policy" whatever that means.

It seems like some cell service providers block Twitter thinking its spam calls

This will opt you in to receive SMS from Twitter, which is consistent with your notification settings.
