Hello my MODIFIERS!!

As I mentioned on the previous Status Update, this should be the last post before the Polishing Notice!

And this time, I want to share the minigame I've been working on, as well as a quick preview of the the in-game scene and faces.

Paw Minigame (pic 1, 2, 3)

So the minigame was a bit hard to figure out for this update, I had a few ideas - but they would either be too long, or too short.

Normally, when I create a MODIFICATION minigame, I'm trying to make something between a wario's microgame and a basic arcade game - where it's very simple to figure out and not very long, but not so simple that I can't add a small difficulty curve every stage.

In the end, I went with this Give Paw minigame.
The idea is to hold out your hand so Mia can boop you with her soft paws.
However if she stops wagging her tail, pull back your hand as fast as you can, otherwise you might get scratched.

So here's the scene from the previous WIP Set - but now in-game and with the backgrounds!!

One of the skills I wanted to improve this update was the facial expressions.
I saw a few artists doing some crazy-ass expressions and thought they were pretty sexy, so I wanted to try it out for myself.
I really like how they turned out.

That's all the WIPs for now!!

But until then, I'll go back to the dungeon and try to finish this up!!
