2020 Updates

Hey everyone! With the new year is coming some updates to my system and prices.

Streaming

The greatest change is going to be to Heart-Conqueror streams. I'm looking into upgrading much of my computer which will allow for a cleaner resolution and new stream UI which will have some extra graphics to help make things look nicer and have more useful information displayed. The day which I stream may also change from the regular Tuesday depending on what my school schedule looks like.

Prices

Prices are also going to change. As the scope of what I've considered "simple background" and "partial extra character" has expanded much more beyond my original intention, I plan on changing my prices to fairly reflect the extra work those pieces take. Pieces with these full backgrounds and extra "partial" characters will be their own option as full "Scenes." Another option for those looking for very simple pieces with little to no background will also be available as "Pin-ups" for a lesser cost than the Scenes.

Because I'm taking on more classes this semester, this will leave me with significantly less time. Additionally, to give a fair amount of time to complete the more complex Scene pieces, I'll only be taking either a Scene OR Pin-up+Half slot. Realistically this should have been changed long ago as many of you have seen me having to finish stream slots at later days or working till 1am because of the extra work that has been going into stream pieces lately. 

To make up for the fewer stream slots each month, the threshold for winning a slot automatically via the Mercy System will be lowered. 

Speed Paints

I'm currently working with a couple people to improve the quality of the monthly speed paints to make them look cleaner and more professional. We may have also found a way to embed the videos into Patreon so they can easily be viewed on the page that they're posted. I'm also looking to release the speed paints publicly with a month delay. 

Click Bait (Patreon funded comic)

I've had a few people ask what the status of the comic is that I proposed last year. The answer is that I've taken on a few smaller comic commissions (such as Mall Day) to help me build skills in comic making and learn techniques that streamline the process. I've already learned so much and I know there will be more to discover as I go. The other benefit is it has given me time to think over and learn more about the story and plot to further refine and improve upon everything I've written so far. 

Gym Meat Up

Expect to see more of Bruce and Tyroo in the near future as I wrap up the last couple pages of that series. I had taken a break from it to make more time for school, commissions, helping with house renovations but I'm eager to get back to it and finish up that little arc. I've also got a couple ideas waiting in the wings that I'd like to put out there once those are done, which I'll probably have you guys vote on to see which ones I prioritize. 

Closing

I also wanted to apologize for any delays that have occurred in late Nov/Dec. As I'm sure many of you know between finals and holidays and my office renovation it can be hard to keep up with everything. Still, I try my best to deliver all that I can and I'm setting a lot of things in place to make this next year even more productive. I wanna thank you all for sticking by me and providing this support because without you all I'd be in a much tougher spot. I've got a few ideas for additional rewards that I'm mulling over so expect even more goodies in the coming year ^-^
