Next update (V0.4): planning

I've made enough progress to be able to set a release date for the next update. Here's the planning right below:
- Adviser / Troublemaker / President / Club Captain tiers: September 15th
- Legacy tier: September 29th
This update will bring more content to Kameko's route.
The V0.3 paid build will become available for free to anyone on September 15th.
