Possible bad news

Payoneer, the payout system I use for Patreon, refuses to help me disconnect my funding source (Patreon) from my account.
Reason is, long story short, I haven't actually been paid at all. Payoneer refused to transfer my funds to my bank, so I deleted my bank account then tried to readd it. Refused to let me add it.
My dumbass inputed my info incorrectly. I try to fix it, they refuse to change it after giving my correct info.
So I try to add a new payoneer account to patreon, payoneer did disconnect my original account from patreon but then a monthly payment slipped it's way back into my original account which reconnected it. I try to disconnect it again, they are now taking a whole week to respond as Im typing this.
I've now just turned off recurring deposit like I should of done until I can actually fix this.
This BS has been going on since I started my Patreon and it's been so goddamn stressful
