Title of the new series

Its full name is “Fatal Choices: All my decisions make me end up as a girl.” and since the series is based on the anime Nucome, I decided to use a similar approach when it comes to the name.
translate the title into Japanese "Ore no Sentakushi ga Subete, Ore o Onnanoko ni Shiteiru. (俺の選択肢がすべて、俺を女の子にしている。)" (If there is a mistake, please correct it because I still have problems with Japanese.)
And then shorten it using the same method that was used in nucome. Why don't I just use a two-word name? Because I want something original.
Now the question is, what should the final name be?
