If you don't have Photoshop, use the free online photo editor at https://www.photopea.com , and File-Open the file with it. It works perfectly.

Thanks! I was hoping to do a kind of javascript page, but I realized it was more complicated than I thought... especially getting the layers right and all. So I gave up, but might as well share what I had so far!
