I love the music every time Ashad comes in. It's very different from Murray Gold's Cyberman theme but I really love this theme for the Cybermen.

2023-06-12 12:45:03 +0000 UTCJust looked online and there’s no interview spoken or written where he discusses an alternate ending, it’s true that everything after the regeneration takes place seperate to Jodie’s stuff this is mainly due to Ncuti having commitments with barbie and sex education (also why the 60th is the way it is which I’ll discuss on the discord rather than here to avoid spoilers) so the stuff after the regeneration was filmed months after which is why Jodie wasn’t on set for that part like most doctors have been as by that point filming had finished and she was on other projects and similarly Chris’s involvement was also finished.

But i have a vivid memory of Chibnall saying that he had an alternative ending where Jodie would regenerate into nobody, stopping mid-regeneration... That's why it cuts to a zoom out during the regeneration and that's why the scene with the next doctor is directed elsewhere by a different director! But, if i'm mistaken, i'm mistaken and that's ok! I have no problem with being wrong.
