My favourite part of this episode is the impromptu therapy the boys get, in my opinion they need a lot more of that. these two and all the trauma they've been through. When I heard sam finally talk about his mom and how he feels about there relationship, made me happy he finally said it, but sad for him, he really didn't get anything from her.

So the Shadow, who rules the Empty, would have no control over bringing back past human characters like Charlie or Kevin. Dean seems so hopeless, but it was nice of him to acknowledge that Jack did good. And Jack's little smile at the end, knowing that what Nina/Kelly said is true - "it's what (he) does that matters." Just an FYI, I know this won't be until next year, but if you can, try not to see the title for Ep 16.
