Thank you so much John for having done this journey through Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. I missed this show the first time around so my usual viewing partners were not down to go through the 7 seasons with me. Having you to accompany me through this year (2023) of my finally watching the series was an awesome good time. Much love and cheerios cheerleader! 💕✨

Thanks for all the wonderful reactions on an amazing show John! Such a great ending! Just a few more short bts videos I thought you might enjoy. The first of saying goodbye to FitzSimmons https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hm_624nuf0o Second one of Elizabeth and Iain's screen test https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pv0gw4AwmNA&t=48s Lastly Brett and Chloe's screen test https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZMTl_XEeDc Also I think it has been mentioned before, Elizabeth Henstridge has a youtube channel where she does live watch alongs of episodes with guests including many of the main and recurring cast members and crew. She began doing this when the final season started airing during the lockdown and has also done it for every episode of season 1 and some of season 2. She's had to take a break due to her work schedule but fingers crossed there'll be more to come at some point. There's some really interesting discussions and they're a lot fun. The episodes starting from season 1 have been turned into podcasts called 'Live with Lil' as well. Here's the link for her youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/c/ElizabethHenstridgechannel/featured Thanks again for your insightful reactions and I look forward to whatever comes next!

i. lost. my. shit. when they tied this all back to the end of season 6… admittedly it’s what makes me appreciate season 6 that much more (even though here are some gems). so much ugly crying every time i watch it. i remember thinking they really stuck the landing despite how much i disliked malick (doesn’t mean i think he’s a bad actor! he was great. small dick lol). i watched that table read a solid 20 times when it first came out. i was not ready for it to end.

What a lovely way to bring closure to the experience, John. I enjoyed hearing your sincerity. I also liked the table read at the end- how much fun was that?! 🙃 I love seeing how things come together and are made. It makes the experience more enriching. But you're going to do another show to replace this slot, right? So it's not so sad. Just the next level. Well, Jolly good show as always. And I will see you next time -Cheerleaders John! 💜

What a journey (to go through again)! It's been a pleasure. I got what I wanted for the finale. Everyone gets their happy ending. Even Piper got a Chronicom/LMD version of her bestie back. It may not be my favorite show ever, but it is a show that I have watched from start to end the most. That has to mean something. Anytime a friend finally wants to start this journey, I am there to see them through most of the first season. After that, they can complete the rest of this journey themselves. I want at least a cameo of everyone in a Disney+ show, like Secret Invasion. Or an Agents of S.W.O.R.D. show with the cast and showrunners back. Please, Kevin Feige. "This little monkey is punching me as hard as she can in the leg." Fitz finally got his monkey that he asked for back in the first season. "Friends. As we have always been." The Chronicom that says that line is supposed to be Malachi the lead Hunter from season 6, although he is portrayed by a new actor this time around. Some AOS/Obi-Wan casting crossover this time. That new actor plays the Imperial Officer that tries to prevent Tala from crossing the checkpoint in the Inquisitor base. Tala ends up pulling rank on him.

Love the fact that the last line of the FitzSimmons story was 'Happily Ever After'. Deke is played by Jeff WARD, which may explain the 'Fondly' line. There is a YT video 'AOS cast Hating on Jeff for 12 minutes!' which is hilarious https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XQ_onQrmDG8.

Thank you for sharing your Agents of Shield journey with us, every reactor has their own take and that is what makes rewatching this show such a joy. This finale was one of the best I have seen, and special thanks should go to the showrunners Jed Whedon, Maurissa Tancharoen, Jeff Bell and all the writers/producers/directors who brought this wonderful show from script to screen. Finally, I love this cast so much! In most shows there are a few (or more) characters that you dont care for but not AoS, I have enjoyed every single characters storylines and their endings were so heartwarming. And this goes in part to the friendships IRL between the main members of this cast, and so it was no surprise that Iain, Clark and Jeff Ward were at Lil's wedding last year. Thank you again!

Congratulations on finishing you Agents of SHIELD/Agent Carter journey. I’m glad you’ve enjoyed this corner of the MCU. It’s crazy that your first reaction was almost 3 years ago to the day. The fans of this show have sung its praises in the hope that it will get more views and appreciation. Glad to have you on board, John. Facts: The final Zoom call with the team was not referring to the pandemic. It was just a coincidence because they shot this in July 2019. Deke had a deleted scene where we see him as Director and he had an eyepatch and just lifts it up because he didn’t even need it. It was actually Ming-Na Wen’s idea to say The Calvary as a callback to her code name in season 1. That was a LMD James Davis at the end. During the Zoom, they mention that Piper asked Fitz/Simmons for one wish and it was to have her friend back.

So happy that you liked the finale. Looking back at the season 5 Finale which has so many deaths or dying team members as a possible end the writers wanted a different type of finale for the final season. First i want to talk about moments some people disliked about the final season. Many people thought Malick was a horrible villain but I thought he was a perfect foil to daisy. He was a entitled narcissistic anarchist who gained power by stealing it from others while claiming he is saving people. He is daisy if she stayed a hacking anarchist in season one basically. Some people also did not like how the chronicoms were defeated by giving them empathy but remember enoch in the season 6 finale set up this plan when he looked in the time stream. He wants to save his people that were ressigned to be hunters not kill them. Fitzsimmons are just following that. The finale of season 6 makes alot more sense once you see this finale as they are connected in a cool time loop. Also sousa is technically in season 6 but you don't know it. 136 the code is for the number of episodes the show has. The lola drivng off shot is directly a callback to the Pilot ending shot and the season 5 ending shot with the zephyr and daisy shot with her new family is a callback to the same shot with her team in the season 5 finale showing her arc of letting go of being afraid to lose her family. Fitzsimmons story has always connected with the Pod ever since season 1 underwater so it is fitting that their baby is safe inside one. Would love to see the newrock stars breakdown.

What is interesting about the time stream is that it has no origin so in a cool way the concept of the 084(a object of unknown origin) is used in a different way.

Thank you for the awesome journey, John! Welcome to the club of people shouting at Marvel to reconnect their best team of heroes to the MCU ;)
