So Johnny Boy tested positive for Covid on Monday - so do wish him well :) My understanding he's vaccinated & boosted so should smoothly recover hopefully.
For my end, alongside working with Coy & Praper help, just had to give some updates regarding the schedule and such. Please be patient with us as things will eventually go back in a smooth order once this whole covid situation is squared away.

Luckily I haven't had Covid once yet, but there's still a chance - the UK is seeing high numbers again. My sister had it last week, so we now have some understanding of how it impacts oneself, but the rest of our family while in close proximity haven't yet had it once, or so we think at least. Keep windows open, allow air to circulate and enjoy some of the nice weather outside when you both aren't reacting of course. Again, wishing John a quick recovery! :)

I work at a Dr's office its coming around again, but not as bad as before luckily. Get some vitamin D / Zinc, walk for about 20-30 minutes a day if he can & lots of water.

The day I had symptoms was the day I tested positive and two days before I had seen my whole family - so stressed. Thankfully it was only my mom that tested positive (still not great) vs everyone. Again, wishing a speedy recovery and mild symptoms for John!

I will say the 5 days OF Covid was a doozy some days better then others but overall could have been worse. Much love Jon you got this!!!! Rest and stay hydrated!!!!

It’s hard when you have lots of anxiety to not get too much in your head when someone close to you tests positive but you’re doing 100% the right thing keeping distance and testing. Fingers crossed for you and that you keep testing negative. Health is always number one no matter what - we’ll be ok whatever time you need to take. Sending calming vibes to you all!
