Gus with that sand kills me every time, he's so focused and then just ends up missing lol and as a former catcher, I can say that Shawn did pretty well in that gear ๐ though that was definitely a double during that last hit. Man, I miss playing softball, I'm too old now lol anyway, the next episode is another favorite. I think it'll be apparent why, looking forward to it!

Nothing more to say about the ep., your review covered all very well, as always! The actor who plays Mantis is Miles Fisher, I don't know where you would've seen him but the only other thing I've seen him in was Final Destination 5. ๐โ๏ธ. Clue: [in Lil Jon voice] SHOTS! SHOTS! SHOTS! SHOTS! Trivia: Not really sure about this one, but the line when Mantis mentions "writing about where Rob Lowe eats", Gus quickly responds with "Lucky's", that might be a meta nod to Dule Hill knowing Rob Lowe pretty well because he was on The West Wing for many years.
