Clara's "you will not insult my memory" speech is devastating; the strength of being ready to face a painful death, of owning up to her mistakes, contrasted with the vulnerability in lines like "this is as brave as I know how to be. I know it will hurt but, please, be a little proud of me." Capaldi was every bit as terrifying here as Tennant was in Waters of Mars. Always love a Doctor teetering on the edge of a supervillain origin story.
