The Toga/Ochaco conversation is part of the entire crux of the ideals of Heroes and the PLF. Jin was killed by someone who took advantage of his trust, but Hawks is the hero somehow. Toga ran into the middle of enemy forces to talk to Ochaco because it mattered that much to her, but the hero Uravity blew her off. The heroes are always not "Being Heroes" and people like Toga and Twice are Villians, not people, because Hero society said so.

She is especially interesting because you have to question how much of her bloodlust she can control since it is her quirk that makes her crave blood. And since she got it so young and we saw last season how her parents made her repress using it, you have to ask how that affected her psychologically and whether part of the reason she behaves the way she does is because of her quirk and the repression of it. Really looking forward to the next episode! It's a great one! Hope you're both having a great holiday season and Happy New Year (a few days early)!
