You both mentioned Cabbage Merchant in this episode. For his fate, he actually has a whole arc in the ATLA comics. Eventually he starts Cabbage Corp which builds industrial devices. We saw Cabbage Merchant's son in TLOK 1x7 being framed and arrested as an Equalist.
