What's more important to you
Added 2020-12-30 15:39:50 +0000 UTCI'm curious what's your current opinion about my content and the amount I release per month. I understand that the current project can feel a bit like a drought in terms of animations and TG because I'm working on it chronologically and the beginning tends to have less of it but also consider all other comics, animations, pin-ups and sequences I released this year. This is supposed to be more of a look back and I want a improvement/adjustment for the upcoming year. I keep the poll options critical only, I don't want to add something like "keep doing what you do" because I want to improve/change things. Even in case you're satisfied, please still vote and pick a option which fits you the most.
As always feel free to give feedback and/or add something in the comments. You can be as critical as you want as long as it's written constructive.
A little bit more explanation by what I mean by those poll options:
- More TG content density:
Are you dissatisfied with the amount of TG and want me to focus more on it?
I personally think my TG density is really high, I would rather try to tell compelling stories with TG as theme in the future instead of just rushing to the TF part without having a real act 1 and 3 and 2 is like 90%. The way I would fix it would be maybe more sequences. I do them pretty rarely but going after likes on Deviantart, Twitter etc. they seem to be the kind of TG content which is favored the most next to animations. - More content in general:
You're dissatisfied with the amount/quality/value for money ratio.
I definitely will be able to increase the quantity compared to 2020. Considering my work schedule I feel more productive now but I'm curious what you think about what I released in 2020 in total. Please keep in mind that I paused Patreon a couple months. - More animations over comic pages / still images:

I try to find a good balance between comics and animations. Working only on animations all the time would burn me out but I can see if people would like to see more. There's definitely room for improvement, especially if I take 2020 as reference.
I keep the poll exclusive to 4$+ Patrons because those are the content heavy tiers.

That's something I want to do more personally but like I wrote already under Galjos post, it's way harder to visualize body horror since movement and reaction in general become really complex when I want to do it right. I set certain quality standards for myself and when I think I can't manage it in a acceptable amount of time I'll change things. A new mocap suit is on my wishlist. If I get one that will make things easier. The one I got was a first iteration and too cheap, I need something more reliable so I don't have to put 2 years into post to fix the janky animations and also rotate every single gyroscope to demagnetize them. xD

I think a lot of people would have issues with the TF not being a "feel good" expierence though. I guess I would have to use it as punishment for a villain or something.

2020-12-31 03:16:05 +0000 UTCI’m 100% with you (hence why I subscribe to you too), no option for none of the above unfortunately . The story is most important, I particularly like story’s that explore the dichotomy and awkward situations presented by TG - for example 2 male friends and one gets TGed but tries to keep it secret and cope with an impossible new situation. Videos and short sequences are cheap, throw away art - a good story grips you and keeps you coming back. Do videos if it makes you happy but I would rather have good stories.

I did read the part where you said that you are looking to grow and know in what to grow up on but, 2020 saw a lot of changes to you and your patreon stuff so, with the changes you made during the end of the year, I understand that it will cause a lot of growth in all areas listed in this poll.

The reason being that you hit the nail so directly on the head when it comes to my TG transformation preferences. Very few other artists/animators I've come across online have created TG content I've enjoyed this much. I do feel like I'm on the same page as stger, Crow Dog, and Galjo07 when it comes to the character's reaction to the transformations. I love it when they're freaked out and unwilling to go through the transformation, and when the transformations are kind of uncomfortable or strenuous for them. So if you end up including more of that element in the future I'd be ecstatic. Anyway, if you keep doing this amazing work I'll always contribute my support.

All of the transformations you show are in my opinion too "soft", too well accepted by the character. I don't mind having a bit of story before and/or after the "juicy part" like you said but it always seems that the characters are happy with what's happening and it feel kinda "not true". I'd prefered seing them freaking out or something like that. Nonetheless you're work is high on the top TG artists, bravo !

The comics are also very nice but i prefer animations over comics but i can understand why animations are less frequent than comics.

I'm fine with story building, even if that's mean we see in this comic for months not a TG transformation. I also enjoy animations as side projects. I'm not a big fan of simple seqeunces or TGless pinups. So basically, from my side, keep going as you do. ;)
