The shapeshifter loses control of himself for a moment and morphs into the woman with the hair bun. She recognizes the other person and signs, "What's wrong? Are you okay?"
(The woman at the end is deaf and it's from her POV at some point, that's why there's no audio all the way through)

I think for 2D it's actually pretty detailed.^^
