Keep in mind that regardless of what you pick everything will be colored eventually, unless I intend for it to be a monochrome piece.
Would you rather see me get pieces out quicker but they are in black and white (with shading)
Or have me at my current pace with everything being colored?
If you pick option 1, there is this to consider: I would group certain projects into a batch. For example: the next page of the Re:Zero comic, the first page of the Momo tg, the next page of the Fate comic. Then, after I have finished the black and white version of each one (I would release the black and white versions the second I finish them, so no delay there) after I finished those three black and white versions I would then get to work putting each of them in color.
You could think of it like me releasing a Manga and then a colored version comes out later.
