In it, her tail has already formed and is waving behind her and she’s focused on two large horns pushing out of her forehead. Maybe she’s touching one of them slightly with a clawed demonic looking hand? Maybe she has some cool markings enveloping on her skin? It could be an up close torso shot with her clothes starting to burn away... oh and of course, she’s as happy as a lamb at the situation. Did I mention it’s the best feeling ever as the horns slowly get pushed out?"

Her face is a mixture of happiness and I feel like a little uncertainty which is great! Thanks for taking the request! Means a lot and thanks for the sans clothing version too :P
