SD26 keep quietお静かに！announcement 発表/ SD24 4-part version added

after the recent poll, the most voted for theme was library! i changed the theme name but it's the same theme, just because library seems a bit too bland.

この間のテーマ投票の結果により、次のテーマは図書館です。でも図書館ってタイトルちょっと気になりますので変えました。テーマはちゃんと図書館です！

a 4 part version of SD24 is uploaded into the SD24 folder, i hope it's easier to load and i might do more of it in the future. Also the zombie scene is the first scene that made me decide i should do parts because of how hard is it to load in some PCs, so i really want to do a 2 part version with it

４パート版のSD24を完成してSD24のフォルダーにアップしました！４パート版でより早くロードできると嬉しいです！結構前のゾンビシーンが使ってるPCによってすごいラグるらしいのでそれもパート分け版作りたいです！
