She'd have a bite mark on her leg or arm as well as scratches and torn clothing. It would be really cool if the early transformation focused on the wounded areas.

Her head and hair still look human. But she looks at her changing body with dread as her nose looks a little rounder and longer.

Her hands pawing at the air already hooves. Fur has grown under her armpits and has traveled down her still humsn body. Her legs are showing increased hair on them but not covered in fur yet, as her her heels snap to her lengthing feet, soles stretching and heels rising in the air but her feet are still recognizable. Not quite hooves yet.
