Swift Fox Stickers WIP + Commission Updates (Refs)

Commission Updates for the next couple months!:
- Feb 13: Sticker Commissions will open for half the usual slots.
- Feb 20: Remain Closed or Postponed.
- Feb 27th: Sticker Commissions resume as usual
- March: I'll be reopening for Reference Sheet Commissions!
The first week of March will just be for reference sheet slots. Then the following weeks I'll be opening for both stickers and refs. If you have any questions, feel free to drop a comment or send me a DM!
