Weekly update!

Another Monday, another update on what I've been up to and what's coming next.

Obviously, the biggest update is that page 06 was published yesterday. It's gotten quite the reactions, especially on Twitter, where most of my audience is, naturally. My only gripe is that people have made up this narrative through the sneak peeks that Dani is jealous and/or tired of Lincoln being too supportive of his sisters.

In reality, that couldn't be farthest from the truth, she clearly states that her worry is that Lincoln doesn't seem genuinely happy with her. The problem wasn't that he was supporting Lynn; she just noticed what a truly happy Lincoln looked like, and she'd never seen him like that around her. I think page 07 should bring more clarity to this, and obviously, this isn't Twitter users' fault cause they haven't read the entire thing.

But I put a lot of thought/effort into trying to make Dani a three-dimensional character that isn't just a random "ugh, pay attention to me!" kind of girl, she truly does care about Lincoln. And seeing people preemptively dismissing her like that was disappointing lol

But anyway. I also got some Patreon rewards done during the week. I'm still working on others; hopefully, I'll be finishing them soon.

In other news, I finally got my CPU delivered. It's an i7-12700K, which is pretty good. I have the most expensive components already, the biggest inversion now will be a motherboard. After that, it's smaller stuff I can easily buy without making such a big financial sacrifice, like RAM, SSD, coolers, etc.

I also tried out Nexomon 1 on Steam. I've never tried other monster-taming games aside from Pokemon cause I believed they would be low-quality rip-offs... but Nexomon is pretty good lol Not perfect, but I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to try something other than Pokemon.

I did well in my tests last week... I assume. I'll be getting my grades this week, but I'm feeling confident.

Now, finally, the BEST news, is that November is the last month I'll be super busy with college. I finish this semester, and I won't be starting the next one til April 2024, so that's four FULL months for me to focus on doing commissions, the comic, and even fanfics.

It's not gonna be an easy month, but it's the final effort. I'm sooo close to becoming an architect... I can almost taste it. And it tastes like pain.
