Happy Friday Folks!!

It's time for more STRANGER THINGS!! Really enjoying watching multiple episodes a week and enjoying the fact that the first episode still scared me the most! Haha...hoping I can stay less scared throughout the rest of this season.

Thanks again for your support and as always, ✨stay golden!✨

I dont think that is a fair assessment, just because Steve was asleep when she left and did not wake up does not make him a bad guy. The way Nancy feels after sleeping with Steve is entirely her own fault, not his, he has not given any indication that he was just using her, he seems to really like her. It seems more like she was using him for something. I will reserve deeper comment on Steve/Nancy for later episodes.

would love for Nat to rewatch all the Papa and Elven scenes again knowing now that he wasn't disappointed in her when she would kill. Its called great writing when the writer can make you believe one thing while the real thing is starring you in the face

Anthony Curione

You make it so hard! So much I wanna say & I can't yet lol. But I will say, it's 1983 - no Mikes mom won't come to check on him 😂

Christopher B Frye

I love Hopper a lot

Narutoanime16

omg, when you said "you may also notice," I thought you were gonna say you got new lighting, LOL

Julian Calzada

Yea….I’d probably delete this nephew.

"Normally I wouldn't say anything that might be a spoiler, but ... ". Unbelievable. Did it occur to you that there might be other people watching along who haven't seen it before? Or that Natalie might not remember every detail from watching previously? She's even said she doesn't remember much over and over in the reactions so far.

Kev Martin

Normally I wouldn't say anything that might be a spoiler but you say you've seen this season once and I haven't seen it since it first released so if I'm right it's probably not really a spoiler anyway and if I'm wrong oh well. I'm pretty sure though that I remember the body being something the lab planted to get the cops to stop snooping around. Not really Will but a fake meant to make everyone think it's Will, long enough to properly cover everything up.

Kevin Bartelen

Personally, I like its use here (as opposed to its use in that Star Trek prequel short for Picard, which was ridiculous). It brings a melancholy tone to a song very much of the time. To me, that tone embodies the nostalgia that fuels the show.

G. T. Blackwell

So many things i want to say about Steve, but for now i must hold my tongue. Great reaction as always

Nic Benham

So many shows I’d love you to watch Burn Notice and Black Sails immediately spring to mind Really enjoying this though

Nathaniel Castle

ive always had a soft spot for characters like Hopper. The reluctant hero is just such a real one imo.

Cripkie

So glad you’re watching Stranger Things. I’ve been wanting to rewatch all of the episodes since season 4 ended and this gives me the perfect excuse! 😁

Amanda Ray

I never liked the use of Peter Gabriel's version of Heroes here, it feels heavy-handed and awkward to me, and I just realized - it wasn't released until 2010! So of course it feels out of place, especially in a show that is otherwise usually pretty good with its music selection (and just so you know I love Peter Gabriel, just not in this instance). I guess you could argue its use is a way to acknowledge and include the modern-day viewer in this heavy scene? Bridge the gap with this relatively modern cover of a song from 1977? That feels like a bit of a stretch though. Meh. Good song, good scene, good episode, all together it just feels like too much and a bit of a miss for me though.

This is so hard to comment on because everything gives something away. It's just so entertaining to mumble the answers towards my screen when you ... say things. Partly because you definitely know things, but ... your timing is off. Mike's breakdown at the end always gets me tho. Possibly now more than when Season 1 first came out, but ... y'know... shh. :)

Always at least in part seemed like a lightening the load kind of gesture to me, not having to cook food for yourself is just one less thing they have to worry about

Rich House

On the subject of comfort food: Literally every culture has a tradition of bringing food to people who are grieving. It’s almost always something calorie dense and heavy. Comfort food. It’s typical for grieving people to lose their appetite and even if they can’t find enjoyment in the meal it can at least keep them going. Though just brining a casserole isn’t really the best choice. Traditions are not always right. You are much better off brining a grieving person a meal they love.

MightyHobo

No grab drink no snack time. </3

devin flynn

Yeah, I don't scare easily but I was actually startled to the point of almost dropping my drink during the scene with Barb in the pool - not at the jumpscare when the demigorgon was shown, but from Nat yelling at the jumpscare.

Thomas Yanez

Holding my earphones four inches from my ears and can still hear Nat yelling NO…NO…NO!

Ben Wheeler

Dude stop spoiling things ffs

Danishprince

Nat, you will know Eleven's backstory, but not until season 4 lol

Jason

I'm loving your reactions to this series, Natalie! I know there are a bunch of shows you're trying to get to, and I'm glad you're making time for this one.

Patrick Egan

Officer Powell is also played by Rob Morgan, who we've recently seen as Turk, the guy Natalie refers to as "that guy," in Daredevil.

Kevin Mowery

RIP. Will. He will (heh) be missed :'(

DougDima

"Steve is NOT a good guy." Yeah, can't wait for him to get his just desserts and we're done with him forever.

Thomas Yanez

Yeah, when she reminds us that she's remembers what is happening/going to happen, it kind of mutes the entertainment factor, but I am very excited to get to S2 and beyond. Especially beyond.

Thomas Yanez

Listen man, some people like series, and you can't deny that series are a hell of a lot longer than movies so it makes sense to have more series than there are movies

Philippe Dessaints

Happy Friday, Natalie! 😊 This is one of my favorite episodes. Definitely looking forward to watching this reaction later this evening. Have a great day & weekend! 😊 Stay Golden! 💛

Randee Carreno

Cant wait until season 2. I`m not too fond of rewatch reactions, still fun tho.

Slaizio

yayyy! i'm so excited

alejandro

Happy Friday! Sooo excited to watch stranger things, i also only watched the first season and nothing after, and i barely remember anything, so this is fun

Letícia

So tired of series good grief, more movies less series, two weeks without one single movie smh

dieselbeast

Happy Friday Nat. Excited to watch today's show. New headphones look cool. I can't wait to see Cameron's "NO" counter on YouTube 😊 I loved your efforts to try and get Nancy to report Barb and open a missing person case "that doesn't matter" Poor Barb 😢😊 I noticed as well that one of the deputies is called Powell, which is probably a reference to Sgt. Al Powell from Die Hard 😄 Loving watching your Stranger Things reactions Nat. They've been so great, and also Obi-Wan and Euphoria. Thanks for all your awesome work this week. Have a brilliant weekend Nat 💛
