AFTER END CREDITS NAT. ALWAYS CHECK.

Modders

John's not dead, where he got shot it's where he shot the doc in the second 1, nothing lethal, just where it looks real enough.

Daniel Vezina

If you liked Caine aka Donnie Yen, then its time to watch some Ip Man (:

FatLittleButterfly

Definitely worth checking out the post-credits scene, though I don't think it'll alter your overall perceptions — just tying up one unresolved plot thread. As for John Wick 5, despite the buzz, it is *not* confirmed — the only pieces actually confirmed are the Continental series coming soon to Peacock, and the spin-off film Ballerina, starring Ana De Armas.

William R Coughlan

Oh look it’s Pennywise

Ben Wheeler

I think you would have enjoyed the movie ending more if you hadn't read immediately after the movie that John Wick 5 is now being considered. I've read some comments about John Wick 5 from the producer, but all he seems to be really saying is it is no longer out of the question. The director has said that the story ended well with John Wick 4. Let's hope the director's point of view prevails.

Paul Patine

The Birds-Eye View scene was actually inspired by the video game "The Hong Kong Massacre", a twin stick shooter like Hotline Miami.

Asa Leon Barber

It’s confirmed that there will be a John Wick 5

Jenny Tolls

Ben 10?? Come on dude lol

Jenny Tolls

I assumed he was still alive, especially the way Winston and Bowery King were interacting at his gravestone.

David Sumner

You missed the post credits scene! xD Really enjoyed this reaction, Natalie! This was my first time watch as well - I enjoy watching things for the first time with you. :) I had a great time with this one! I'm happy with how it all ended. If this is the end of the Wick series, it's been a solid run. If instead there's more - I hope that if it includes Keanu that they'll make it make sense in a non cheesy way. John's death wasn't moving for me either so if he's still alive that much would make sense. We'll see! :)

The boys is coming soon. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6smsQNjNXGg

She's already watching Legend of Korra :) : https://www.patreon.com/nataliegold/posts?filters%5Btag%5D=The%20Legend%20of%20Korra

Arronax06

You should watch legend of korra or Ben 10

Nelson Stokes

goshdangit! why is there always an scene in the credits!? haha

Natalie Gold

3 had better shot fight scenes imo than 2 but 2 was on par with 1 for me, and Punisher is even worse with its brutal stuff if Nat ever watches that

Narutoanime16

It’s my favorite since the first one. To me the third one overdid it all.

AC5555

for me he is always savage oppress from clone wars

AC5555

I agree on the violence in the wick films. I find it a little too much especially after the first film where I found it more warranted. It became too much for me in three especially when his finger was chopped off… But with four, it felt like the perfect amount of action drama

AC5555

He was also the Kurgan from the first Highlander film.

Jim Finley

Echoing the commenters who reminded you to always check for post-credits scenes. C'mon, Natalie!

Michael Ford III

Another awesome Reaction from Nat! Definitely pointed out the appeal of this series: fun sets, the fight sequence/choreography, the love for dogs & of course Keanu LOL! Fun Fact: the Russian who was Wick adopted sister at the Ruska Roma was played by Natalia Tena better known for playing Nymphadora Tonks (Harry Potter series) & Wildling Ohsa (Game of Thrones). RIP - Lance Reddick (Charon)

Alan Felicia

Oh yeahhhh. I stopped watching those reactions around episode 4 cuz I wanted to save em up. I totally forgot he was in that.

djKENTO

She probably recognises him more from having just watched Daredevil season 2 which he was in

Rich House

The radio DJ sending out the message was a tribute to the movie, The Warriors (also a good movie (recommend) - though I like the original theatrical edit of the movie much, much better than the director's cut that makes it seem more cartoonish and amateurish). Personally, I'm hoping they end the John Wick franchise here, without going any further - and definitely I have no desire for any prequels. If they do go forward, then he needs to take down the High Table completely, otherwise it's pointless. I prefer (ending it here) that he's reunited with his wife, and is finally at peace. After everything he's been through, there's no way for his death to be climatic. Although, after all that he has lived through, a shot in the side missing any vital organs is what did him in? Really? The man's been hit by more cars and fallen off of more buildings than and NFL running back gets tackled in a career, but a single non-fatal gunshot is what does him in? That's my sole gripe about the movie. They could have at least made it a gut shot to the middle of the abdomen. I wish they would have ended the movie with the version of Seasons In The Sun from the original trailer.

The birds eye view scene was a shout-out to 'Constantine'. A movie Keanu holds very close to heart. Sequel was recently green lit.

adrianR31

You missed the after credits scene!

Rogier Oude Heuvel

missed the post credit scene!!

Benjamin Zimmerman

The movie is heavily flawed and there is no official Director's cut. Fincher never came back to work on it.

Myles Away

The man running the duel who’s voice you recognize is Clancy Brown and he is (drumroll) MR KRABS FROM SPONGEBOB! He is also the guard who gives them beer in Shawshank.

djKENTO

The “barn” is the Royal stables of Louis XIV. It’s where all the palace horses were trained and it has riser seats for an audience. Watching highly trained horses was a way to pass the time I guess. Dressage and whatnot.

djKENTO

Yes Aliens 3 , is underrated. you have to watch at some point. you could also watch Alien: Resurrection , it so so bad that actually could be a very fun reaction :D

Peter Heine

If you've never seen the movie, there is an after-credit scene that is not in the reaction, so keep watching after the end if you want to see it :)

Arronax06

Also Nat - in case you are confused - Winston is NOT John Wick's dad. ;)

Mastervodo

They have to make Donny Yen blind to make it more fair for everyone else.

Mastervodo

bummer we’ll never get Alien 3. I love Fincher’s take, especially hte director’s cut. I love how bleak and hopeless the whole thing is. It’s also genuinely scary, much scarier than Aliens. I love “The Dragon”

djKENTO

I think you misunderstood the condition of the duel. If John loses, then Winston being his second would have been killed as well.

Navjot Singh

Def a very minority opinion about the movie but to each their own. I do agree though that I find myself watching movies I also didn't like with Nat because I enjoy what she has to say and her addictive personality 😂 cheers 🍻

James Hawkins

I'm still going to watch it again 'with' Nat because I enjoy her commentary and her ability to see a film or show the way it was intended to be seen by the creators.

adrianR31

I think I skipped this poll. Didn't like any of the options.

adrianR31

Did you vote for it in the poll?

Martin

They took everything that made the first one good and overdid it. Other than Keanu this installment was a big let down.

adrianR31

I think I've popped a rib out or badly bruised one which is no fun at all it's happened twice before and takes weeks and weeks to heal but at least I can stand without to much pain or is that the pills allowing that 🤔anyways cheers for the reply 👍 very kind

Ian

Oof I hope whatever is causing the pain goes away soon, that doesn't sound fun at all

Gavin Day

Happy Friday nat as I said yesterday cuz I'm still unable to sit for more than a few min still cuz of the pain and laughing or sneezing is ultra painful but I really am excited to watch along with you when I get the chance , mainly though I just popped on here to wish you a fantastic weekend it's father's day on Sunday here no idea if it's the same there but regardless as I say have an awesome weekend

Ian

Happy Feature Friday. Been looking forward to watching this movie with you, and seeing how the JW journey continues 😊 I'm sending over the $100 million to you now Nat. I want to see you take on John Wick. Your ace up your sleeve would be distracting him with the world famous Nattie Ramble and then take him unawares 😂 This movie certainly had an epic scale to it. A lot of cool characters, crazy sets and eclectic score. I loved your Lion King tribute 😄 Interesting to see Donnie Yen playing another blind warrior, Caine. He was also the blind force believer warrior Chirrut in Rogue One. The actor that you recognised who was in charge of the duel card game was Clancy Brown, who played the military commander / The Blacksmith in Daredevil. I really enjoyed watching this movie with you Nat. It was a lot of fun, and your reaction added a lot as always. Thanks for all your great work this week. Have a brilliant weekend Nat 💛
