If Natalie is guilty of anything it is giving us WAY. WAY too much say in how she runs the Channel. Because of her well-earned success, what we vote up becomes a huge part of how she lives her life, and it is obvious how deeply she gets into these films and series. I would like to encourage her to include anything she feels like including. Whether Blockbuster Video would have put the same colour round 🟡 sticker on it or not.

It is a masterclass film, my favorite from the 90's and probably Ron Howard's best directorial effort. The fact that it is such a faithful recreation and retelling of one of our greatest failures and the collective effort to save three men... it's a beautiful story with a beautiful soundtrack and perfect casting. I hope we get the chance to watch you enjoy it some time. Have a great week and Thanksgiving holiday!

My pick for the best film I've ever seen was released that year (Mulholland Dr.), and so were several other excellent movies. My 10th or 12th-favorite movie of 2001 would probably be in my top 2 or 3 of many other years...
