The Atom Eve's symbol is the atom sign overlapping the Female symbol. It looks crossed out since it was easier for the animators from what I heard but they did fix it later on and even in some scenes in s1 you can see the more detailed version of the symbol.

It's one of the best comic/graphic novel/manga that I've read! This show (don't know how far you are in your actual watches not just uploads) is the KING of cliffhangers at the end of episodes lol. And you've probably already been told but there is usually a post/mid credit scene in each episode!
