I'd heard this was wasn't great, and I enjoyed it more than I thought I would, especially with Nat's hilarious commentary XD I would love a well-written fan fic of this plot cause the story was actually interesting, I think it was more the execution :) And the dragon looked pretty cool!

"Sorry I kinda sold you to be hunted, killed and eaten by a dragon honey, but you must understand it's so WE could all survive and thrive!" Plus, would he even be able to keep the money, wouldn't they just seize his ship and kill them all at the port? 2. So, we're buddies with the dragon now...the dragon who HAS been cat-and-mouse hunting innocent young girls for centuries, but it's ok...because it was a MISUNDERSTANDING?!

She also did the voice of Enforcer Grayson (the one that Marcus betrayed) in Arcane and probably her most famous role is Chrisjen Avasarala from The Expanse series. She also played a doctor in X-men: Last Stand. But you probably don't remember her from that, because it was just a little bit part. She is quite famous for her unique voice, as she honed it for years by gargling with rock salt, whisky and carpet tacks.

2024-03-21 16:08:38 +0000 UTCHappy Thursday Nat. Been looking forward to watching this one with you, despite some mixed reviews π² I really enjoyed this one Nat. I agree with you that they did reveal way too much in the trailer, and it would have been a lot more suspenseful and mysterious in the build up without them releasing that teaser. I appreciated the fact that it was a more serious film. Too many movies these days rely on the smart-ass dialogue "comedy" approach, which is becoming really grating to me now, so this was definitely more my kind of film. Fantasy, with dragons. It's a win-win. And the score was epic and really well done. You could tell that Elodie's father had made a deal with the devil with the way he was acting. I enjoyed the nods to Arnie vs The Predator in the finale π Thanks for watching this one today Nat. It was a lot of fun π
