Not only did he avoid showing the enemy the power of those cannons, he also made it much harder for Yabushige to betray them. There's no way Ishido and the other lords in Osaka would believe he didn't have a hand in killing Jozen and his men. Yabushige should have no other option than to fight with them now.

And Blue Eye Samurai is completely out, has 8 episodes and you could probably fit all 8 episodes in with Shogun, having a nice Japanese-themed month or so of Natalie Gold programming! Would also like to plug True Lies, Alita: Battle Angel and Dredd. And Event Horizon for a sci-fi scary show.
