I'm from the south, and although I don't have an accent, I've been surrounded by people who talk like that most of my life. But Larry the Cable Guy's southern accent is grating except in small doses. What's worse is that the accent is fake. He's originally from Nebraska, and he had limited success in stand-up comedy under his real name and real accent. It wasn't until he developed his "Larry the Cable Guy" persona and matching accent that his career really took off.

I have watched this probably a dozen times and yet there were a lot of small details I've never noticed before until you pointed them out like the hills in the valley looking like hoods and the small fly actually beeing bug cars.. Just one of the reasons I love watching content alongside you - You always notice the small things that I completely miss :D

I think its because in 2006 it was around the time I started to leave my childhood/baby phase behind and going into my pre-teen years so my taste in television and movies started to change. Ive always heard good things about the first movie and Ive been to the ride at Disneyland, but I have never seen this movie. I will check it out!

Also, for car racing movies... Greased Lightning (Richard Pryor) is a favorite Movie memory from childhood. not sure it will translate for a reaction, though but Brewsters Millions would.

2024-03-30 01:39:47 +0000 UTCif you ever want to watch a sequel dont watch cars 2 for the love of god. It is not a sequel its a completely different world and story. Just skip to cars 3 its actually the best cars movie theres no need to watch the second one it has no impact on the series at all.

I was in my late teens, early twenties when the Cars movies were released and I never got into them because they're more for-kids than the Toy Story movies. I don't know if Natalie has seen The Incredibles already, but I'd like to see her reaction video to one or both of those Pixar movies.
