Original Series: Arcane

S2, episode 4,5,and6 are the highlight of the series. It’s all great, but those wrecked me

Gavinmc

I think Skye is meant to represent his link to his humanity,,,

FalcorDragon

OMG, I'm not someone who normally cries a lot when watching TV shows, but when Nat lost it towards the end... OMG I couldn't stop... Not sure if it was because Nat was crying or what was happening on the episode, but it defiantly got me 😭🥹

Baggie Mark

Honestly it hit me harder the 2nd time around. It's brutal.

i defintiely understand the hate for jayce that everyone's feeling, but im sure there is a bigger picture, in jayce's vision these people were just husks, the only thing "alive" was the fingerprints Victor left on them, which is made even more plausible by how they died when he did (if he did) but even if its not the right thing, something is either Aiming Jayce, or straight up controlling him, the crystal embedded in his arm glows when he goes to attack victor and its clearly obvious hes struggling against something, that and Victor straight up says there is "another will at work within him" and he can hear a voice in the portal Jayce came out of, so if not directly controlled, he is being aimed at victor by whatever that is, it may even be the Arcane itself, (though i personally have another theory but ill leave that there) well, amazing reaction as always, glad i could watch them all to gear up for the final act tonight, now i have to actually sit down and watch the next act... im scared lol... well, i had an issue with dry eyes today, i dont think ill have that issue tonight

Tesh

Maybe it was right in the bigger picture, but still F U Jayce!

Marty McGee

That hurt just as bad the 2nd time around. That compilation of Isha and Jinx together oh man it just rips your heart right out. Need to go watch some comedy now to get my head right again.

Marty McGee

that's where I've seen her. I saw a video of her answering questions for the show on YouTube. And I kept saying I saw her in something but what? It's been driving me nuts and I didn't want to give in and look it up

ZitherManifesto

Girl, you don't just ask arcane writers for more emotional turmoil! I felt so bad for you at the end :( Ugh, I'm scared for act 3 but let's go!

Yani Dodge

Me either :(

Yani Dodge

Oh my gosh THE TEARS same here for sure :( So beautiful but so sad... I still think Jace is right tho. I think, like hextech and Piltover, although Viktor's paradise seemed like a utopia, Heimerdinger already said "the arcane INHERENTELY corrupts." I couldn't last. Perhaps Jace saw something worse and new this was a necessary evil... At least I hope so

Isaac Harvent

Wow I don't think I have seen you this wrecked since The Last of Us. And fun fact in case you don't know already. The main girl from Fallout does the voice of Jinx

john Alexander

This is my 2nd watch and now I’m wondering if Singed is gonna use Vanders blood on Victor to make his final form 😮‍💨 The Warwick and Isha storylines were SO good, I kinda wish we had more time with both of them tho, say, another season perhaps? 😭 I know we’re supposed to be getting more shows in the League-universe, but I want THESE characters damnit 😭

Daniel McGuinness

Personally I think sky is the hexcore and it’s using her image. I knew nats reaction would break me again. Yeah everytime I talked about this episode for an hr after it I would tear up.

MJ Eid

Penguin won the poll, so unless there's no series after that she might watch it since it's in 2nd place.

AlimarM

What really gets me about Isha's ending is how influenced she was by Jinx. She looked up to Jinx so much; however, all of Jinx's heroic acts were inherently suicidal but, as she said in the third episode, she just can't seem to die. Isha's final act of heroism is Jinx-inspired until the end, but she doesn't have the same type of luck Jinx has to escape.

BettleBug

Aquestion guys, is Nat palnning to watch Agatha All Allong? Im sorry I've been disconected, I now is has nothing to do with Arcane

Fiorella Burgos

you're right, I mistype that as deaf, I fixed it now. Thanks for the correction.

AlimarM

For those who are curious, the last song (Isha's song) is sung in Mandarin. Here is a link to the official music video, with translation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n68BF6IlGhk Last lines of lyrics: Be a carefree flying bird. Stop searching. Give me a hug Just quietly forget. I'm fine the way I am I'm not crying! You're crying!

Mastervodo

The writers of this show are very good and also very evil :-|

David Bourgeois

Is she deaf, or just mute?

Mastervodo

It's been a while since Nat has ugly-cried this hard, clutching her box of tissues, tears dripping from her chin, at a show or movie. (Last I can remember is TLOU, S1E3.) This is why Nat is such a great reactor, my favorite #1, because of her capacity for such caring and empathy and compassion, and being able to show it. This is why I watch Nat, to share these feelings with someone. Beautiful sadness. It takes a really, REALLY well-written show to illicit these kinds of feelings. And what a masterpiece Arcane is to make us sob with joy last episode at the family reunion, and turn around this episode to make us sob with grief over Isha's sacrifice - a little character we know nothing about, who has said exactly zero words, and has been in only 5 episodes, sparingly. Just amazing. I have no idea how this show is going to end, and that's fantastic. I would have never guessed we would be at this point judging from the end of Season 1. I'm so excited to see how they wrap things up in 3 more episodes!

Mastervodo

I think ultimately what Jayce did will have turned out to be the right thing. Viktor may have had noble intentions, but I don't trust whatever it is that gave him all that power.

Andy

Thanks, Natalie! It's always great to have a good cry / ball / wail with you. You're the one reactor I can always count on to match me tear for tear. ♥

pedantech

you rode it like a champ Nat. Ive seen this episode like 3 or 4 times and every one of them ive sobbed like a child. Being a 41 man thats something. Fortiche really went above and beyond with arcane. Cant wait to see the final chapter.

oscar latorre

ready to cry a big cry

john takacs

Thank god we will have something happier with the finale of The Walking Dead season 1 tomorrow......*cough*

Boomcity

Does anyone think this series is going to have a happy ending?

Mastervodo

Welp! Time for more tissues then. Whenever Jinx has any semblance of Happiness the writers just go "Not on my watch!". And who knew an adorable mute girl could be such a big piece of the story overall.

AlimarM

Happy Thursday Nat. Time to enter the world of hurt again 😢 The writers really do know how to throw us a painful curveball 😭
