There was a Matrix reference in the first season too. I was so easy for the workers to wear their "uniforms" because no one public knows anything about them. Just those who were on the island like Seong Gi-hun and Hwang Jun ho. That is a good twist of the one working for it instead of being one of the players. Season three comes out n June

She lives in her car because she puts all of her money into trying to find her daughter. She didn't meet a "recruiter", because she isn't broke. She has definitely worked the games before because she knew to walk into the trailer, had a key to the locker, and knew what to do in the locker.

Part of me thinks Gi Hun knew that plan A of stopping the limo wouldn’t work, and that’s why he gave the dude Sang Woo’s mom’s info in case he couldn’t be reached.
