Re-uploading my video (this weekend)

If you didn't know, I decided to start making some videos about The Loud House. I posted the first one the other day, but it immediatelly received a Copyright Claim by YouTube's algorithm, since it had copyrighted material from Viacom.
I knew this was bound to happen sonner than later, so I simply tried to send an impugnation (I believe that's the term), claiming fair use and stuff. Which, legally, should allow me to post the video without any problem. I thought maybe Viacom wouldn't really tell me anything, since, you know, big company and stuff, they don't have time for this little things.
But today Viacom replied to my "complaint" about their copyright notification on the video I posted the other day, and they decided to keep their complaint, so now my video is not up anymore. I could reply once again, but that would only get me in trouble.
As messed up as this system is, I acknowledge that Viacom has made a decision, so I won't put myself into trouble.
I will try to change the parts the software recognized and I'll upload it again this weekend, probably along with another video. I'll try to be more careful next time.
