Unfortunately, I have to cancel today's livestreams...
The pain in my hip is now causing what I believe to be a pinched nerve. So I'm not only dealing with pain and discomfort, but also nerve tingles and burning pain up and down my right leg. The only way I can get any relief is by laying flat on my back, which is not very conducive to livestreaming.
I'm sorry for this cancellation. I just don't have it in me to do a livestream flat on my back today. Hopefully, I can make a recovery and get back to a more regular schedule with you all soon.
