2025-10-08 19:16:54 +0000 UTCI don't know if you'll ever see this comment, but it's more that Wendy was in pain from the sounds she was hearing the Aliens make. Like when Arthur was adjusting her hearing and she was in pain when it went too high. And she could hear them, seemingly because her hearing test/adjustment got interrupted because she saw the ship crash on the news and took off her headset, and never let Arthur finish because she got focused on getting there and finding her brother. Also gooosh, poor Slightly and all the STRESS he's under. Being terrorized by Marrow :(
