Superman Returns to an Unexpected Powerhouse
Superman descended upon Earth, his cape billowing behind him as he entered the familiar skyline of Metropolis. Two months in deep space had kept him from his home, but duty had called him away. Now, he had urgent news—Darkseid was planning an invasion, and there was no time to waste.
As he landed near the Fortress of Solitude, his keen eyes spotted Supergirl approaching. But something was... different. Very different.
She stepped forward, her golden hair flowing majestically in the wind, her deep blue suit stretched impossibly tight over a massive, muscular body. Every fiber of her being radiated absolute power. Her shoulders were broader than his, her biceps bulged like twin mountains, and her thighs were thicker than steel pillars. Her iconic 'S' emblem stretched across an impossibly defined chest, while her flexed arm seemed to challenge the very laws of physics.
Superman’s jaw nearly dropped. “Kara…?”
Supergirl smirked confidently, planting her fists on her hips as she towered over him. “Superman, you’re back early.”
Shaking his head to refocus, Superman stepped closer. “I have urgent news. Darkseid is planning an attack on Earth. We need to prepare.”
Supergirl chuckled, tilting her head. “Oh, that? That was yesterday.” She casually raised an arm and flexed, her biceps swelling to incredible proportions, each peak surpassing any Kryptonian strength he had ever seen. “I already handled it. Sent him flying back to Apokolips with a single punch.”
Superman blinked. “WHAT? YOU?”
Supergirl grinned and raised both arms, striking a perfect double bicep pose. The sheer size and unmatched definition of her muscles made even Superman feel small. “Yes. Me.”
Superman was speechless. His cousin had always been strong, but this was something else entirely. She exuded pure, limitless power.
She smirked at his reaction. “You seem surprised. Maybe we need to talk about who’s really the powerhouse now.”
Superman crossed his arms. “Kara, strength isn’t just about muscles. It’s about—”
She cut him off, stepping forward until their massive chests nearly touched. “An arm-wrestling match should settle it.”
Superman hesitated. He had never lost to anyone in raw strength, but as he looked at Supergirl’s unfathomable physique, the doubt crept in.
She smirked wider. “Scared?”
Superman exhaled sharply. This was going to be interesting.
