Oh my gosh Ms. St. Clair - she asked me to call her Sheryl! - was so sweet and nice during her visit. And I was nervous, she being the owner here! She asked how I was doing, told me she was proud of me, now that I am lead medical assistant. She asked a little about him, asked me to help take care of him. I think deep down she still cares for him. I told her we all do, and not to worry. He is in good hands.

‘I’m sure he is,’ she’d said.

Sheryl is getting treatment, had volunteered to be part of the study herself, and was actually our very first patient. She is hoping, she said, that the Product can help with her “focus and concentration”. She is excited. If what they say is true, this treatment helps in whatever way you need most - amazing that it is OTC, especially that it is an IM injection. Huh…how is that supposed to work OTC? Anyway, she says one of her new positions is on what she called an “Acquisition Team” for some big foreign company, I guess the one that owns Evolution Pharmaceuticals - she called it their ‘Mother Company’. She figures the more brainpower she can get the better when it comes to negotiating with these mostly old white male corporate officers of the companies they are working to absorb. She said it would probably also help if she grew a big butt like mine haha! I told her that I am not taking anything for it and that it is mainly just hard work at the gym recently and my mother’s Navrattan Khorma (but I dunno…the girls talk about the “Melissa Effect” and I’m starting to believe them haha). Sheryl is headed out to Kazakhstan on a plane this afternoon for some meetings tomorrow. So cool! I said I’d see her back for her next injection in a month.
