That's actually a valid workaround for the problem, but I'm afraid it's technically forbidden on Pixiv. They seldom used to enforce the said rule in the past, but I'm afraid the enforcement is getting stricter over the years. Tbh their "guidelines" absolutely don't make sense if you ask me! https://www.pixiv.net/terms/?page=guideline&lang=en

I know several Japanese artists who do share uncensored images through different routes, but as far as I know they're pretty much risking ending up in deep shit once the law enforcement notices them.
