...I will probably add a rule preventing four characters from the same series getting in, though. It's funny to have two characters win a poll, but I went with both Shalltear and Albedo mainly because they were nearly-tied. These polls are meant to reflect popular opinion, after all! Don't expect it to happen with, say, a character who gets 2 votes riding off the coattails of one who gets 30.
