Terms of Service (TOS) Product:

This digital asset ("Product") includes a 3D model, system files, textures, and/or shader settings, intended for use with Unity and VRChat.
By purchasing, downloading, or using this Product, you agree to the following terms:

Permitted

1-Use Personal and Commercial Use: You may use the Product for personal or monetized content.

2-Modification: You may modify the model, system, textures, and shader settings to suit your needs.

3-Uploading: You may upload the modified or original Product to your personal VRChat account as a private or public avatar.

4-Showcasing: You may showcase the Product in videos, streams, promotional content, or on social media, provided the content remains appropriate and does not include NSFW, pornographic, or otherwise explicit material.

5-Inclusion in End Products: You may include the Product in final end products (e.g., custom avatars for clients) only if the client has independently purchased the Product and can provide valid proof of purchase (receipt).

Prohibited Use

1-Redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original or modified Product files as standalone assets.

2-Unauthorized File Sharing: You may not send, transfer, or share any version of the Product (original or edited) with anyone who has not independently
purchased the Product and provided valid proof of purchase (receipt).

3-Misrepresentation: You may not claim authorship or ownership of the original Product or its components (model, system, textures, shader settings).

4-Violation of Platform Terms: You may not use the Product in any way that violates Unity, VRChat, or any third-party platform's terms of service.

5-Unauthorized Uploading: You may not upload the Product to public asset libraries, avatar worlds, or databases where others can freely download it.

6-Inappropriate Use: You may not use the Product or showcase it in any content that contains NSFW, pornographic, explicit, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal
material.

Consequences of Violation

1-If you violate any of these terms: Immediate Revocation: Your license to use the Product will be immediately revoked.

2-Cessation of Use: You must cease all use of the Product and destroy any copies in your possession.

3-Legal Action: You may be subject to legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, and attorney's fees.

4-No Refunds: You will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

Refund Policy

1-No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Digital Product Risk: Once the Product is delivered, there is
no way to guarantee that the recipient has deleted or ceased using the files, even after a refund request. For this reason, refunds are not possible under any
circumstances.

2-Additional Notes Intellectual Property: The creator retains all rights to the original Product design and files. Liability: The creator is not responsible for
damages, bans, or losses resulting from misuse or improper implementation.

3-Amendments: Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Product implies acceptance of any updated terms. Credit: We would greatly
appreciate it if you could provide links or proper credit when creating video or photographic content.
