to fit on your model:
pin to front hair, recommand temporarily reduce the front hair phyics to 0 in vtubestudio settings
each model head range is different, if not fit, load the hat as model and adjust the counter distance then copy folder to item again
unzip and move folders in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\VTube Studio\VTube Studio_Data\StreamingAssets\Items
to change hotkeys, put into "model" folder and load as avatar to config, then copy the folder to "item"
To change skin color - edit and tint the skin texture file in the folder
