Announcement Regarding Declined Cards
Added 2023-08-12 03:21:44 +0000 UTCHey, guys! Recently Patreon has made a lot of changes to their systems and I want to inform you about it.
1. Some of your payments are currently declined but it still shows that you're an active Patron. On my end, it basically states that you're a member of a certain tier but the amount you paid is $0 because your card declined. It has happened to a few of you guys so please do check and see if everything is alright on your end. Patreon is taking care of this atm but for now, please do check.
2. Please do not cancel until a few days later if you wanna cancel your membership. The reason I say this is because it never shows in my list of Patrons until a week later. I totally can understand if you wanna make sure you're not double charged or you have different financial plans but, please wait a few days before you cancel. I have no idea why Patreon doesn't show cancelled memberships immediately so I don't know how to explain this.
