- Log out of your account on the Patreon app.
- Power off and then restart your device.
- Uninstall and then reinstall the latest version of the Patreon app for your device (linked below):Patreon app for iOS
Patreon app for Android - Log back in to the Patreon app.
In an area with lower reception? Try connecting to WiFi, which could result in some improvement.
