Fixed a bug that would not give a compliance point to Telind after doing Yukako's level 2 event with Misaki in the war room
Fixed a bug that would keep Yukako's level 1 escape event from working
Fixed several Vlester npcs not reacting to new compliance level changes
Fixed some quests in the quest journal not being marked as completed
Fixed known typos
